The Superior room is located on the upper floor of the Locanda. It is an independent and comfortable room with a private bathroom and a balcony overlooking the sea. It is furnished with simple and sober furniture, in perfect Aeolian style. Beds and bedside tables are made of hand-wrought iron and tiles with traditional motifs.
The room is embellished with antique handcrafted majolica tiles, recovered during restoration from the floors and from the disused bagghi. Outside, the room has a large private panoramic terrace with hammock, deckchair, sun lounger, table and chairs, ideal for relaxing and admiring the magical Pollara sunset. The natural amphitheatre of mountains of the crater of the volcano that surrounds the bay of Pollara, clearly visible from the patio of the room, at sunset takes on iridescent colours from green to red in an explosion of strong and enveloping sensations that enchant anyone who stays there.
